ReplyDeleteMy name is Scott Moore. I am the owner, designer, creator and graphic designer of the PRP image you have posted at the top of this page.
You and your organisation has NEVER sought to attain my permission or consent for using this image and therefore you are in breach of my copyright.
Your breach of copyright was brought to my attention by clients who had accused MY COMPANY of stealing images and re-using them to mislead clients - HOWEVER when I asked the clients to show me the images in question – I was SHOCKED to find the above image was being used on your website.
I immediately demand that you CEASE AND DESIST from using this image. I also am requesting damages and compensation to the tune of $1000 (USD) to be paid with in 7 days from the 16th February 2019 into my Australian Bank Account:

In summary - I have worked in this industry for almost 10 years and it is extremely embarrassing and upsetting when people accuse me of STEALING, COPYING & RE-USING content, pictures or photos from other people. To be clear - I HAVE NEVER EVER behaved this way - I only use the content, pics, photos and videos that I have created (including patient before and afters!) I have spent 12-15hrs a day for 6-7 days a week for almost 10 years to be able to create the content that I currently possess - so to be accused of stealing it from another company when it was the OTHER company who had stolen it from me ==== Is extremely offensive, upsetting and depressing.
